CANCELLATION POLICY - CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION AND REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE:

1. Cancellation of participation by the PARTICIPANT:
the participant shall send a written request to info@nala.cz no later than 24.2.2026 at 11:59 PM. Based on this request, the organizer will refund the participant the full amount paid no later than within 14 days.
From February 25, 2026, it will no longer be possible to refund the registration fee as the organizer will have already incurred costs from this date.

2. Cancellation of participation by the ORGANIZER - Centrum Nala:
the organizer will refund the registration fee paid by the participant within 14 days of the cancellation of the event.
